Mercedes-Benz "A" service
As its name implies, Mercedes-Benz "A" service is recommended annually (or every 10-13,000 miles) and includes the items and systems listed below.
Proper maintenance is essential to the performance and longevity of your Mercedes-Benz and the "A" service is an integral part of maintaining your car. At Star Automotive, we have the specialized training, tools and experience to provide your car a factory level "A" service.
Included in the "A" service are:
- Oil & filter replacement to keep your engine performing reliably
- And inspection of:
- Exterior lights & horn to make sure you're safely seen & heard
- Window wipers/washer system to keep you seeing clearly
- Seat belts to prevent injury in the event of a collision
- Brake pads & fluid level to ensure safe stopping power
- Tire pressures & tread condition for miles of trouble-free travel
- Warning indicator lights to alert you to your car's condition
- Main starter battery for sure starts in any climate
- Hood hinges & latches to allow access to your car's key components
- Spare tire pressure to ensure that it's ready if you need it
After performing an "A" service, a "B" service is usually the next recommended service.
If you require a specialized service we can't perform in-house, with your permission, we will take your vehicle to where the service can be performed, retrieve it when complete and present you with your fully-repaired vehicle, one simple invoice and a full explanation of the charges.
